We’re looking for a motivated and dependable Assistant Manager to help lead our team and ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in day-to-day operations of the tire and auto service center
- Supervise and support technicians and front counter staff
- Provide excellent customer service, including sales of tires, services, and maintenance packages
- Perform vehicle inspections and recommend services based on customer needs
- Manage inventory, order parts and tires as needed
- Help with scheduling, staffing, and training of team members
- Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company standards
- Step in for the Store Manager during absences
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a retail or auto service environment (tire experience preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of tire brands, vehicle maintenance, and automotive services
- Customer-focused mindset with sales ability
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (POS systems, inventory, scheduling software)
- Valid driver’s license
