Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to generate new leads and qualify potential clients through warm calling techniques.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align outreach strategies and maximize lead generation efforts.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our sales offerings and industry trends to communicate value propositions convincingly.
- Support inside sales activities by qualifying inbound inquiries and nurturing leads through the sales funnel.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes through feedback and data analysis.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
- Experience in telemarketing, outbound calling, and warm calling strategies.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to understand products or services and convey complex information clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple prospects simultaneously.
Must be flexible with scheduling - 40 hours total per week + commission!
