Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is looking for a Building Maintenance/Handyman for a nonprofit organization in the Waukegan Area! The ideal candidate will have experience with minor carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
Duties
- Fix minor issues around building involving drywall, painting, tiling, and basic carpentry.
- Handle minor leaks, unclogged drains, and replaced light fixtures, switches, or outlets.
- Performed routine checks and filter changes on HVAC units
- Take company vehicles for routine service, washing, and fuel
- Routine grounds maintenance
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of prior building maintenance or handyman experience
- Must be able to clear a background
- Must have a valid drivers license
