Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual looking to contribute your skills in a dynamic environment? We are seeking a proactive and friendly Office Assistant to support a local company.
Temporary Assignment with the possibility of becoming long term
*Located in the Hyde Park, Chicago area! *
Responsibilities:
- Basic office tasks
- Maintain a well-organized filing system, both physical and digital.
- Greet and assist clients and visitors with a welcoming and professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Answer incoming phone calls efficiently and routing them to the appropriate team member.
- Assist with calendar management
- Prepare necessary materials for meetings
- Assist in the preparation of company reports with accurate data.
- Provide general administrative assistance as directed to support the team's needs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Familiarity with standard office equipment, including printers and fax machines.
- Exceptional computer skills and over the phone etiquette
- Demonstrated ability to be highly organized, manage time effectively, and prioritize projects to meet deadlines.
$18/hr
M-F 8AM-5PM
