Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Provide comprehensive customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and offering product or service guidance.
- Support retail sales initiatives by assisting customers in selecting products or services that meet their needs.
- Manage sales administration tasks such as processing orders, updating client records, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote products or services effectively across different platforms.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement.
Experience
- Proven experience in inside sales or retail sales record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Interpersonal skills are highly desirable to serve a broad customer base effectively.
- Experience in insurance sales or related fields is a plus.
- Excellent multitasking skills and attention to detail
- Computer and technical skills required – Excel, Salesforce is a big plus
