Patient Liaison
Location: Chicago, IL
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
We are seeking a Patient Liaison to assist with ER discharge coordination and patient support. The ideal candidate will have experience handling workers' compensation claims and personal injury/liability claims. Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with patients are required.
Requirements:
- Experience with workers' compensation claims
- Experience with personal injury/liability claims
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Bilingual candidates preferred (Spanish or Arabic)
Pay Rate: $25.00/hour
