Mail Room Clerk
We are seeking a detail-oriented, dependable Mailroom Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our office communication, ensuring that all incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and internal correspondence are processed accurately and efficiently.
Duties:
- Receive, open, sort, and log all incoming mail and packages daily. Deliver items to the correct departments or individual desks in a timely manner.
- Track and maintain stock levels for mailroom supplies
- Assist with HR support
- Helping new hires with the fingerprinting process
- Ability to help with additional office duties such as making copies, ordering supplies, faxing and mailing
Requirements:
- Previous admin experience
- Experience with HR support
- Customer service backgrounds encouraged to apply
