Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and compassionate Host to provide a welcoming experience for patients, visitors, and guests at a hospital dining location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm, professional, and sincere welcome.
- Assist with seating and provide general support to guests.
- Answer questions and help resolve guest concerns in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Maintain an organized and welcoming dining area.
- Provide excellent customer service and create positive connections with guests.
