Hood Technicians - 3rd Shift September 10, 2026

Located in Zion, IL

Pay: $18/HR

*Previous experience cleaning and servicing commercial restaurant exhaust hoods and kitchen ventilation systems is a PLUS*

3rd shift - 6pm-6am

Clean and maintain commercial kitchen exhaust hood systems.
Remove grease, carbon buildup, and other debris from exhaust hoods, filters, ductwork, and fans.
Perform detailed cleaning of restaurant ventilation systems according to company and safety standards.
Set up and safely operate cleaning tools and equipment.
Inspect exhaust systems and report any damage, maintenance concerns, or safety issues.
Protect kitchen equipment and surrounding areas during cleaning.
Follow proper safety procedures when working with cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Work on ladders and elevated surfaces when required.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Complete service paperwork and document completed work.
Interact professionally with restaurant customers and staff.
Work efficiently to complete scheduled jobs on time.
