Job Full Description
Hours: 2nd Shift M-F 4pm-8pm
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner.
- Seat guests and manage the seating/waiting area.
- Answer questions about the menu, food options, and services.
- Take reservations or manage the guest waitlist, depending on the location.
- Communicate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to coordinate guest needs.
- Keep the host stand, dining area, and entrance clean and organized.
- Assist with setting and clearing tables when needed.
- Handle guest concerns and direct them to the appropriate staff member.
- Help maintain a positive and welcoming dining experience.
