Our client in New Bedford is looking to hire a full-time Strategic Project Manager: 

Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site (with Regional & Out-of-State Travel)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $25/hour
Location: New Bedford, MA

Overview:
We’re seeking a Strategic Project Manager to oversee signage projects from planning through on-site execution. This role combines office-based leadership with hands-on field coordination, ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage standard and large-scale signage projects, both in-office and on-site.

• Coordinate clients, contractors, installation crews, and internal teams.

• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and documentation.

• Attend site meetings, conduct walkthroughs, and resolve field issues.

• Handle permitting, surveys, engineering, and vendor logistics.

• Track progress in project management software and ensure clear communication.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project/Construction Management, Business, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in signage, construction, or a project-driven industry.

• Strong knowledge of construction processes and site coordination.

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Proficiency with project management software (KeyedIn or similar).

• Flexibility to travel across New England and other regions as needed.

Preferred:

• Experience with signage project workflows (fabrication, permitting, installation).

• Familiarity with site logistics, equipment, and safety requirements.

• Hands-on experience with field installs, punch list resolution, and walkthroughs.

Work Environment:
Based in New Bedford, MA, with frequent travel to job sites. Must be comfortable in both office and construction environments and hold a valid driver’s license.
