We have a client in Taunton, MA looking to hire an Assembly Operator on the 3rd shift!

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 11:00pm – 7:30am
Pay Rate: $21.25/hour

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Assembly Operator to perform manual and semi-automated assembly tasks to meet strict customer requirements. This role involves working with thermoplastic and thermoset parts, adhesives, part marking, and operating semi-automated tools such as engraver units, pneumatic crimping tools, potting compound preparation, and hydraulic presses.

Responsibilities:

• Perform manual assembly tasks including inserting, adhesive application, and part marking.

• Set up and run jobs with minimal supervision while maintaining high quality and low scrap rates.

• Train and delegate tasks to lower-level operators.

• Identify and escalate quality issues within the production cell.

• Measure components accurately using calipers, micrometers, height stands, and CMM.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience as an Assembly Operator using semi-automated tools.

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.

• Strong computer and math skills.

• Ability to stand for long periods and work in above-ambient temperatures.
