Customer Service Representative
Location: Taunton, MA
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (or 7:00 AM–4:00 PM if preferred)
Pay: $19.50 an hour
Job Description
We are seeking a dependable and professional Customer Service Representative to assist with outbound customer calls related to open orders. This role is critical in helping clean up order statuses following the implementation of a new system at the corporate level.
The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking with customers on the phone, asking clear questions, and accurately documenting responses.
Responsibilities

Make outbound phone calls to customers regarding open orders

Confirm whether orders are still valid

Determine if customers plan to pick up orders or prefer shipment

Update order information accurately in the system

Resolve outstanding questions and discrepancies related to orders

Provide professional and courteous customer service
Qualifications

Strong communication and phone skills

Customer service experience preferred

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Reliable and punctual
