Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Call Center Support Representative for a local company in the Perryville, Mo area. Once trained, there is a possibility of working remotely depending on current needs and availability.
This position will be taking inbound calls, assisting customers in the most friendly, efficient, and helpful way possible. Once the associate is trained, the position could take as many as 100-120 calls per day.
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Taking inbound calls
- Identifying customers' needs and taking action
- Handles service complaints/situations through effective problem solving skills
- Use of Microsoft Office is required
- Multi-tasking and time management
- Call Center experience is a plus
Pay: $16.25/hr, while in training. $17.25/hr, once you go remote.
Training: ON-SITE TRAINING, M-F, 8am-5pm. Training is 90 days, then position will go remote.
