Job Overview
Express is seeking a skilled and energetic Framing Carpenter for a local company in Perryville, MO. In this vital role, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing the structural framework of buildings using a variety of materials and techniques. Proven experience in framing carpentry with a strong understanding of metal roof installation, siding installation, and wood frame construction.
Responsibilities
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install framing components including wood, metal studs, and other materials according to blueprints and schematics
- Erect metal buildings and frameworks with precision, ensuring structural integrity and adherence to safety standards
- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction activities
- Install rebar, concrete forms, and perform concrete finishing tasks as needed for foundational work
- Utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently to complete framing tasks accurately and safely
- Perform masonry work such as stucco or siding installation to enhance building exterior finishes
- Must be able to work independently or as part of a team, under the guidance of a crew foreman.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Dayshift, Home every night.
Pay: $20/hr-$25/hr+, based on experience
