Front-End Loader Operators (VAT Drivers)
Wood Veneer Manufacturing Plant
Swing Shift: Monday–Thursday | 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM
Every other Friday is required
$29.21/hour
Full-time | Temp-to-Hire
We’re looking for two experienced Front-End Loader (VAT) Operators to join a busy wood veneer plant on swing shift. This is a hands-on, safety-critical role operating high-dollar equipment in tight spaces, so solid operator experience is a must.
What You’ll Do:

Operate front-end loaders (VAT equipment) safely and efficiently

Work in confined areas while maintaining strict safety standards

Handle materials in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Communicate clearly with team members and leads

Minimum 2 years of front-end loader/operator experience

Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to new equipment

Strong safety awareness and attention to detail

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Manufacturing or wood products experience is a plus
