Day Shift: 5:30 am-4:00 pm
$20.20/hour
Global leader in the manufacturing and assembly of dental components, equipment, and tools. This Company is a market leader in their industry and because of their size and stature; they have multiple departments that typically need help on varying shifts.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs routine assembly tasks working directly with a trainer, such as:
- Assembles electrical and mechanical components.
- Packages products while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
- Water Spider (inventory movement support): facilitates workflow, including stocking bins, pallets, cardboard, and general material handling.
- Frequently operates tools/equipment such as hand tools, pneumatics tools, testing equipment, and fixtures, while using required personal protective equipment (PPE) and following safety guidelines.
- Routinely follows work and test instructions to perform tasks. May troubleshoot and repair assemblies as necessary, referring situations outside of instruction to the trainer, unit specialist or supervisor.
- Achieves and maintains established safety, quality, and productivity standards. Must not pose a risk to self or others.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English with a demonstrated ability to follow written and oral instructions.
- Must possess basic computer skills.
- Able to perform basic math calculations.
- Must be able to troubleshoot problems when necessary.
- Must be able to operate the required hand tools and fixtures.
Education and Experience
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
