Aerospace Manufacturing – Calendar Operators
Pay: $18.30–$23.00/hour
Shifts Available:
- Day: 5:00 AM–3:30 PM
- Swing: Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM–1:30 AM
- Weekend: Friday–Sunday, 5:00 AM–5:30 PM
Join an innovative aerospace manufacturing team specializing in aerospace, defense, and energy solutions!
Job Duties:
- Weigh, mix, and prepare silicone and organic materials for production.
- Operate mills and industrial machinery to process materials.
- Check inventory and communicate material availability.
- Safely operate, clean, and inspect equipment.
- Use pallet jacks or similar equipment to retrieve materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Assist with training and supporting team members.
Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent basic skills.
- Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
- Ability to read and follow work orders in English.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate industrial equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must pass required respirator and physical capacity exams.
- Comfortable working around industrial chemicals, fumes, and varying temperatures.
