Express is now hiring for a Maintenance Tech at a local apartment complex based out of Lacey, Wa. This is an evaluation to permanent opportunity. The schedule will be Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. The compensation for this position will be $19.00/hr.
Job Duties:
- Clean grounds
- Complete painting
- Complete repairs
- Other general maintenance tasks
Job Requirements:
- Pass criminal background check and drug screen
