Job Full Description
Express is now hiring for a Production Associate at a Woodworking Manufacturing company based out of Lacey, WA. This is a temporary position expected to last through 7/18. The schedule will be days from 7:00AM-3:30PM. The compensation for this position will be $20/hr.
Job Duties:
- This position will perform tasks to build doors and other millwork products.
- Operate chops saws, table saws, rip saws, hand saws and nail guns.
- Operate various pneumatic tools and drills.
- Goal orientated with a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines and production goals.
- Team orientated with the ability to work cohesively as positive team player.
- Maintain a safe and clean workspace, free of debris and correctly store and secure work tools, equipment and materials to remain in compliance with OSHA.
Job Requirements:
- Must have a minimum 1 year of interior wood/lumber experience.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to lift between 50-75lbs, twist, stand and reach for the entire shift.
- Able to work flexible hours as needed to include occasional overtime.
- Sit down forklift experience preferred.
- Pass criminal background check and drug screen.
