This position is Temporary, with a consistent schedule of Monday-Friday, from 7:00am-3:30pm. Compensation starts at $16.66/hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Pack saplings (6–14" tall) into bags according to specifications and quality standards.
- Handle saplings carefully to avoid damage during packing.
- Count and organize items accurately in increments as required.
- Work efficiently on a conveyor belt line, coordinating with pickers and other team members.
- Maintain a clean and organized packing area.
- Follow all safety protocols and proper lifting techniques when handling items up to 20-40 lbs.
What You Bring:
- Previous experience in manual picking or packing in a warehouse, nursery, or production environment.
- Ability to handle small plants or delicate items without damage.
- Experience lifting and moving items up to 20-40 lbs safely.
- Familiarity with counting items accurately and basic inventory tracking.
- Comfortable working on a conveyor belt line or in a fast-paced production environment.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain quality standards.
- Experience performing repetitive tasks efficiently while maintaining focus.
