The Specialized Recruiting Group of Olympia is partnering with a Construction Company located in Olympia, WA, to fill a Project Manager/Estimator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join a growing team.
This position is Evaluation-to-Hire, with a consistent schedule of Days, Monday-Friday. Compensation starts at $30.00-$35.00/hr DOE.
Key Responsibilities:

Foundational knowledge of concrete work Understanding of basic concrete structures, terminology, and common construction practices.

Ability to read and interpret plans Comfortable visualizing what a finished concrete structure should look like based on drawings or specifications.

Measurement and estimating skills Able to take accurate on-site measurements and assist in preparing estimates or project scopes.

Strong customer service mindset Communicates clearly, listens well, and maintains a positive, solutions-oriented attitude with clients and partners.

Professional, calm, and confident presence Handles fast-paced or changing situations with steady energy and good judgment.

Experience working with subcontractors Coordinates schedules, clarifies expectations, and maintains productive working relationships.

Organized and detail-oriented Keeps track of project details, timelines, and follow-ups without letting things slip.

Reliable and proactive Shows initiative, follows through, and represents the company well on job sites and with customers.
What You Bring:
- Valid Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record
- 2-4 years experience in Project Management/Estimator preferred

Professional, presentable appearance and strong interpersonal skills

Attention to detail with the ability to take accurate measurements in the field

Comfort working directly with customers, subcontractors, and project teams

Ability to stay calm, confident, and solution-oriented in fast-moving situations

Strong communication skills and a positive, approachable energy

Basic understanding of concrete structures or willingness to learn quickly
