The Specialized Recruiting Group of Olympia is now hiring a temporary Accounting Assistant for a property management company based out of Lacey, WA. This is temporary, fill-in position that is due to last 4-5 weeks. The schedule will be Monday through Friday day shift, in office. The compensation for this position will be $20.00-$22.00/hr DOE.

Job Duties:

Accounts Payable
Entering in payments/invoicing accurately
Preparing Deposits
Processing return payments
Communicating with vendors
Assisting Accounting Manager with other duties as needed

Job Requirements:

Experience in Accounts Payable and invoicing
Strong customer service and relationship building skills.
Ability to present oneself professionally in person, on the phone and in written communication. .
Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
Ability to follow procedures and ensure completion of accurate records.
Knowledge of AppFolio is beneficial, but not required.
