Job Full Description
Express is now hiring for an HR Coordinator at a warehouse distribution center company based out of Lacey, WA. This is an evaluation-permanent opportunity. The schedule will be Monday-Friday from 9:00 am – 5:30 pm. The compensation for this position will be $25-30/hr. This company offers a benefits package to include Medical, Dental, and Vision. The company also offers a 401k option as well.
Job Duties:
- Scheduling candidates for interviews
- Guiding candidates through assessment tests
- Updating candidate information during the interview process
- Putting together benefit envelopes for employees
- Scheduling interviews
- Prospective candidate interaction
- Conducting onboarding, preemployment checks, and orientations
Job Requirements:
- Completed Bachelors Degree required (No exceptions)
- Six months of recent office experience
- Pass criminal background check
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Approachable personality
- Outstanding customer service
- Willing to learn attitude
