Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a Medical Office located in Olympia, WA, to fill a Part Time Receptionist role. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to join a growing team in a busy medical office.
This position is Evaluation-to-Hire, with a consistent schedule of Monday-Thursday, from 11AM-6PM. Compensation starts at $21/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient scheduling
- Answering phone calls
- Check in and check out
- Retail sales of supplements as recommended by the doctor
- Working with their patient software to document as needed
What You Bring:
- 6 months of experience in an office environment, ideally in a medical office setting
- Multi- Line Phone system experience
- Customer services experience
- Pass background check
