Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–3:30 PM | 8–10 Hour Shifts

About the Job
Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a local printing company in Olympia, WA, to hire a Print Production Associate.
This is a hands-on production position for someone who enjoys staying busy, working with their hands, and seeing the finished product at the end of the day. You’ll assist throughout the printing and production process, including cutting, sorting, packaging, preparing orders for shipment, and performing quality checks.
Previous printing production or warehouse experience is helpful, but not required. Reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn are most important.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cut, stack, sort, and package printed materials
• Prepare mailers and customer orders for shipping
• Load and unload materials as needed
• Operate basic printing, cutting, and folding equipment
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Keep materials organized throughout the production process
• Maintain a steady pace while completing repetitive production tasks
• Help maintain a clean and organized work area
What You Bring:
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Strong work ethic and willingness to stay productive throughout the shift
• Good attention to detail and quality
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and consistently
• Comfortable standing for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a busy and sometimes noisy production environment
• Previous production, printing, manufacturing, or warehouse experience is helpful, but not required
