Print Floor Technician – Norton, MA
Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Type: Full-Time
One of our top clients in Norton, MA is seeking a Print Floor Technician to join their production team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and eager to learn a specialized printing process. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities

Mix and deliver pad printing inks to machines scheduled to run each day

Electronically document inks released to the production floor

Learn to set up various pad printing machines to meet job specifications

Troubleshoot printing issues identified by printers and quality inspectors

Print sample jobs for the Engineering department

Repair and perform preventive maintenance on equipment, including:

Printing machines

Plasma gas machines

Vacuum pumps
-
Air compressors
