Job Full Description
Our client in Mansfield, MA is looking to a hire Pourline Production Workers! You will be part of the core manufacturing process where foam products are produced, cut, and prepared for shipment. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and requires attention to detail to ensure consistent product quality and safe operation of equipment.
Schedule: M-F 7am - 3:30pm
Pay: $19 an hour
Responsibilities

Operate, monitor, and maintain pourline production equipment.

Inspect and handle foam materials to meet quality standards.

Perform general labor tasks such as loading/unloading, stacking, and packaging.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Assist with troubleshooting and minor machine adjustments as needed.

Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience a plus

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
