Job Full Description
Our client in Mansfield, MA is looking for a Shipping/Receiving Clerk. This position is in a manufacturing environment and is not an unloader or general warehouse role. We are looking for a candidate with hands-on shipping experience who is comfortable working independently and managing carrier systems.
Hours: Full Time | Monday - Friday | 10:30am - 6:00pm
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process outgoing shipments using FedEx and UPS systems
- Operate Order picker, Reach truck and Electric Pallet Jacks
- Create shipping forms, labels, and necessary documentation accurately
- Coordinate daily carrier pickups and deliveries
- Verify outgoing and incoming materials for accuracy and condition
- Maintain organized shipping and stockroom areas
- Assist with inventory control and stockroom organization during slower shipping periods
- Lift up to 50 lbs when required
Qualifications:
- Prior experience using FedEx and UPS shipping software is required
- Experience in Order Pickers or Reach Trucks
- Experience in operating electric pallet jacks
- Must be able to independently create shipping forms and documentation
- Strong computer skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
