Express Climbs Entrepreneur's Franchise 500 List to No. 25

2022 Franchise 500 #1 in CategoryExpress Employment Professionals vaulted in rankings for Entrepreneur Magazine's annual Franchise 500® list to No. 25 and once again garnered the distinction of top staffing franchise for the 11th consecutive year.

"Express franchisees and their staff all around the globe have worked tirelessly this year to connect job seekers and those looking for new opportunities with employers to keep the economy moving and provide hope though employment," Express CEO Bill Stoller said. "The uncertainty of every day due to the COVID-19 pandemic presented several obstacles, but also allowed the Express experts to showcase their strengths and push us to the top of the list once again."

Jason Feifer, Entrepreneur editor-in-chief, also recognized 2021 for its challenges but said putting together the 43rd annual list was more enlightening than ever.

"The companies named to this year's list showed us how being resilient, supportive and nimble can help navigate extraordinary challenges and also underscore the grit and innovation that define entrepreneurship," he said.

Key factors that go into the evaluation include costs and fees, size and growth, support, brand strength, financial strength and stability. Each franchise is given a cumulative score based on an analysis of more than 150 data points, and the 500 franchises with the highest cumulative scores become the Franchise 500® in ranking order.

With more than 850 franchises internationally, in 2021, Entrepreneur further recognized Express as a Top Global Franchise, a Fastest Growing Franchise Worldwide and gave the company a Best of the Best ranking. Forbes added to the recognition with awards for one of America's Best Temp Staffing Firms, as well as one of America's Best Professional Recruiting Firms.

From Staffing Industry Analysts, Express was named among the largest U.S. staffing firms, largest U.S. industrial staffing firms, largest U.S. office/clerical staffing firms and largest global staffing firms.

"There is no better time to realize a dream of business ownership than now through a proven system of nearly 40 years," Stoller said. "We look forward to continuing striving to put a million people to work annually all across the world in 2022."
