For Immediate Release
Express Employment International today announced that Keith McFall, Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Corporate Development, will retire effective December 31, 2025, following 13 years of dedicated service to the organization.
McFall joined Express Employment International in 2013 as General Counsel. In 2018, he was promoted to Executive Vice President of Corporate Development, where he oversaw strategic growth initiatives, enterprise partnerships and new business development. In 2020, he assumed the additional role of Chief Operating Officer, becoming responsible for enterprise operations, corporate planning, operational performance and systemwide support functions.
Throughout his tenure, McFall played an instrumental role in advancing the company’s long-term growth strategy and strengthening operational infrastructure.
His leadership positioned Express International for continued success and sustained growth across its global footprint.
“Keith has made a lasting impact on Express Employment International and our franchise system,” said Bob Funk Jr., CEO, President and Chairman. “His disciplined leadership, strategic focus and commitment to operational excellence have strengthened our enterprise and positioned us for continued success. We are grateful for his service and dedication, and we wish him the very best in his well-deserved retirement.”
Career Prior to Express International
Before joining Express International to oversee legal and corporate affairs, McFall served as a partner with Oklahoma City-based national law firm McAfee & Taft, where he advised clients on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, sports law and complex commercial matters, including Express International.
Prior to that, he was a shareholder and director with Phillips McFall McCaffrey McVay & Murrah, the Oklahoma City law firm he co-founded in 1986 and led as managing director for 16 years. This depth of legal and executive experience provided a strong foundation in corporate strategy, governance and organizational leadership that he carried into his role at Express.
“I am grateful to have spent the past 13 years serving alongside such dedicated team members and supporting a company with an unwavering commitment to helping people succeed,” McFall said. “It has been a privilege to support the growth and strength of Express International and our franchisees. I am confident in the organization’s future and grateful for the relationships built along the way as I transition into this next chapter.”
McFall will remain engaged through 2025 to support a seamless handoff of responsibilities.
